I recommend subscribing (electronically, if possible) to your clients’s industry publications and the most appropriate business journals and spend 20-30 minutes each day skimming those publications looking for an article that addresses an issue that will positively or negatively impact your clients. I practiced law for 37 years developing a national construction law practice representing some of the top highway and transportation construction contractors in the US.
